Save The Date: Survivor Celebration
STAND TOGETHER 2026
Walk for Hope. Gather for Change.
Every survivor deserves to know they are not alone.
For more than three decades, St. Jude House has been a place of safety, healing, and hope for individuals and families impacted by domestic violence. Every day, survivors come through our doors seeking more than shelter. They come seeking the chance to rebuild their lives, restore their confidence, and create a future free from fear.
On Thursday, October 15, 2026, we invite you to join us at the Lake County Fairgrounds for STAND TOGETHER, a 2K Walk for Hope and Survivor Celebration.
This is more than a walk. It is a powerful community gathering that honors the strength and resilience of survivors, remembers those whose journeys have been difficult, and demonstrates that our community stands united against domestic violence. Every step taken sends a message of hope to survivors and helps ensure that life-saving services remain available to those who need them most.
Whether you walk as an individual, form a team with friends and coworkers, or support a participant through a donation, you become part of a movement that creates safety, healing, and opportunity for survivors and their children.
Why Your Participation Matters
The funds raised through STAND TOGETHER directly support St. Jude House programs and services, including:
- Emergency shelter and housing
- Court and legal advocacy
- Crisis intervention and safety planning
- Counseling and support services
- Children’s programming
- Transitional housing and long-term stability resources
Every dollar raised helps survivors move from crisis to confidence and from fear to freedom.
